Meet Antonio AKA Chef Fonz

My name is Antonio but I go by Fonz. I came to Wisconsin almost 25 years ago and right around that time, I began my culinary career. I never went to school and I started out flipping burgers. It did not take long for me to pick up on the technique of cooking itself. In just a couple years, I was running my own kitchens and making art out of food.I have an extreme passion for what I do and I would not trade it for the world; having done everything from authentic mexican food and pub food to special italian and french dishes to exquisite appetizers and finger foods. I enjoy being my own boss and look forward to working with you!
